**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are looking to add a skilled Mig / Tig Welder to our team. Operating in various industries such as Automotive, Defense, Industrial Filtration, and Retail Signage, we function as a job shop, with some repetitive work and a growing client portfolio. Our steel processing is conducted at our local facility, which currently houses around 20 employees, with plans to expand to 45 within the next 1-2 years. We also focus on fabrication and intricate assembly work. **Responsibilities** + Perform Mig and Tig welding based on blueprints. + Set up welding machines and run each job individually. + Handle materials of varying thicknesses. + Execute welds in different positions. + Engage in fabrication, assembly, and fitting tasks. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Operate press brakes and perform flux core welding. + Work with stainless steel, structural steel, aluminum, and sheet metal. + Utilize hand tools and tape measures for precise measurements. + Conduct grinding and structural assembly. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in Mig and Tig welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with fabrication, welding, and assembly. + Skilled in using hand tools and tape measures. + Experience with press brakes and flux core welding. + Knowledge of working with stainless steel, structural steel, aluminum, and sheet metal. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production and construction environments. + Ability to operate and set up welding machines independently. + Comfortable with repetitive tasks and intricate assembly work. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that offers almost 100% paid premiums for Blue Care Network, dental coverage, 401K match up to 4% after one year, PTO of 5 days after 90 days, paid holidays, and life insurance. The first shift runs from 7am to 3:30pm, with potential overtime extending the shift from 6am to 3:30pm or 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
