Job Description

We are seeking two welders to join our production team in Hellam, PA. One position is for a manual MIG Pulse welder, and the other is for a Robotic Welder. The Robotic Welder will be primarily responsible for the setup, programming, and operation of the new ABB Robotic Welder. This role includes setting up and fitting metal parts for welding, quality checking final welds, and data entry for job costing and tracking. We offer flexible shifts including 1st shift from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and 2nd shift from 4:20 pm to 2:50 am, with training provided on the first shift.

Work Environment

This is a manufacturing environment that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The facility is a metal stamping job shop, so job tasks will change regularly. Employees must be willing to perform multiple job duties and work independently after training. The dress code requires long work pants, steel-toed boots, and safety glasses. Hearing protection, gloves, and protective sleeves are provided. The work environment is loud, so appropriate safety gear is essential. Team members should be prepared to lift up to 40 lbs with assistance from a teammate.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.93 - $23.93/hr.
