Job Title: Welder

Job Description: Join our dynamic team in a pre-fabrication shop, where you'll weld together frames for modular units. This role involves MIG and fluxcore welding on steel (no aluminum or stainless), reading and interpreting blueprints, and primarily welding in flat or horizontal positions with occasional vertical welding. You'll need to control AMP and tolerances to produce clean, strong welds. Additional responsibilities include cutting materials, reading tape measures, and using grinders to finish welds.

Essential Skills:

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Work Environment: Our fast-paced, repetitive, and construction-related pre-fabrication shop requires employees to wear steel toe boots and safety glasses. The dress code includes long pants, a t-shirt, and steel toe boots. Working hours are from 6am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with some weekends as requested and given prior notice. There is a 30-minute lunch break.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
