Meet demand and complete work orders in a timely, efficient manner Qualifications:  Experience in TIG and MIG welding  Must be able to safely operate shop equipment and tools  Must be able to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hour shifts  Must be able to lift 70 pounds  Must be able to engage in frequent bending, and lifting
