Join Our Team as a Skilled Welder and Fabricator in Charlotte, NC!

Are you a welding pro with a passion for precision and a keen eye for safety? We're looking for a motivated and experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Charlotte, NC and play a key role in crafting high-quality filtration equipment, pipes, and structural components.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $28-$29 per hour

Shift: First shift

What You'll Do:

Fabricate & Weld: Create filtration equipment, pipes, and structural pieces from blueprints and work orders.

Lead by Example: Demonstrate safety, quality, and initiative in every project you tackle.

Work Independently: Use your judgment to meet deadlines and complete projects on time and within safety standards.

Train and Support: Assist in training team members on procedures and share your expertise.

Ensure Quality: Stay on top of safety standards, maintain a clean workspace, and complete daily reports to track project progress.

What We Need:

Experience: 2 years of welding and fabrication experience.

AWS Knowledge: Solid understanding of AWS welding symbols and codes.

Welding Skills: Proficient in GMAW, FCAW, and have the ability to select the right wire, gases, and settings for a perfect arc.

Certification: Successful completion of AWS-1G or ASTM Section 9.

Tools & Equipment: Know your way around preheating, cutting torches, stud welders, and overhead cranes.

Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Tech-Savvy: Computer literacy is a plus!

Pay Details: $28.00 to $29.00 per hour
