If you're passionate about welding and eager to work in a dynamic and innovative company, **we want to hear from you!** **Job Description:** + Weld metal parts by striking an arc. + Guide the electrode or gun along the weld line. + Work in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead). + Inspect welds for quality. + Apply filler rod manually. + Clean and prepare workpieces. + Repair and fill holes in broken parts. + Preheat workpieces as needed. + Position and clamp workpieces together. + Tack assemblies together. **Skills Needed:** + 1+ years of MIG welding experience. + Basic welding knowledge. + Experience with stainless, mild, or carbon steel. + Good attendance record. + Proficient with measuring tools. + Assembly and structural welding experience. **Additional Qualifications:** + Manufacturing experience. + Willingness to learn. + Experience with hand and power tools. + Comfortable in a non-temperature controlled environment. + Open to overtime. + Available for the 1st shift. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
