**Job Title: Welder 2nd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team on the 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for MIG and TIG welding aluminum, and potentially stainless steel weldments. Daily tasks will include fabricating components off blueprints and ensuring high-quality production. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel weldments. + Fabricate and assemble components and parts using various tools. + Read, understand, and work from blueprints, layouts, and other types of work orders/instructions. + Produce high-quality welds and ensure all components meet specifications. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in MIG and TIG welding. + Experience with aluminum and stainless steel welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents. + Skilled in the use of various fabrication tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in fabricating and assembling components. + Strong attention to detail and quality. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** We offer exceptional benefits including 100% paid medical premiums with very low deductibles for single filers and families, no co-pays, and a 401k match up to 6%.
