**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder with an understanding of main welding processes such as FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW. The ideal candidate will be advanced in at least one of these welding techniques and capable of using oxy-fuel, plasma arc, and carbon arc cutting equipment. The Welder should be able to set parameters on welding machines with guidance from the supervisor and understand information listed on Welding Procedure Specifications. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Perform welding using MIG and Flux Core techniques with at least 2 years of experience. + Utilize oxy-fuel, plasma arc, and carbon arc cutting equipment effectively. + Set parameters on welding machines under the guidance of a supervisor. + Follow written and verbal directions from the department supervisor. + Adapt to and learn new welding techniques. **Essential Skills** + 2 years of experience with MIG welding. + 2 years of experience with Flux Core welding. + 2 years of experience in reading blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma. + Level 1 welder certification preferred. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
