This position also requires the ability to **read blueprints** and **assemble components** in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Perform MIG/Flux-core welding** on **structural steel** to produce high-quality and precise welds. + **Read and interpret blueprints** and **shop drawings** to meet project specifications. + Safely handle and lift materials weighing up to **45 pounds** regularly. + Adhere to **strict safety standards** while working on the shop floor. + Maintain a **clean and organized workspace** , promoting efficiency and teamwork. **Qualifications:** + **Proven MIG/Flux-core welding experience** on **structural steel** . + Ability to **read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings** , and work orders. + Strong **work ethic** , **positive attitude** , and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. + Ability to work efficiently in a **non-climate-controlled environment** . + Dependable, **self-motivated** , and able to work in a **team-oriented, fast-paced environment** . **Work Schedule:** + **2nd shift** , Monday through Friday: 3:00PM - 11:30PM.
