**Job Title: MIG Welder** **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to weld brackets for bags that attach to various sizes of lawn mowers. The work involves both individual and small team projects, each varying in size, length, and due dates. **Responsibilities** + Weld brackets for bags used on lawn mowers of all sizes. + Work on projects independently or with one other person. + Read and interpret blueprints to execute welding tasks accurately. + Perform small welds and ensure high-quality fabrication. + Lift and maneuver materials weighing between 25-75 lbs. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of MIG welding experience. + 1+ years of experience in reading blueprints. + Proficiency in MIG welding and stainless steel fabrication. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform small welds with precision. + Strong understanding of blueprint reading. + Physical capability to lift and handle heavy materials. **Why Work Here?** Join a dedicated team of skilled welders in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will have your own workstation and will be required to wear steel-toed boots and welding coats. The work hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OMAHA, Nebraska. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
