**Job Description** We are seeking skilled welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding 1/2-inch to 1.5-inch A 36 mild steel plates and 2 beams (both rectangle and round). All welds will be specified by call-outs on the prints. The role requires spending 8 hours per day under the welding hood without quality issues such as air pockets in the weld. You will work on the assembly of fabricated parts, with a preference for experience in heavy industrial assembly and structural welding. **Responsibilities** + Weld 1/2-inch to 1.5-inch A 36 mild steel plates. + Weld 2 beams (rectangle and round) as specified by call-outs on the prints. + Spend 8 hours per day under the welding hood without producing quality issues. + Assemble fabricated parts as required. + Work with heavy industrial assembly and structural welding. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with fitting and layouts. + 2-5 years of experience in Fluxcore welding. + 2-5 years of experience with structural and mild steel equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to layout and read blueprints. + Previous experience in a small metal job shop environment is a plus. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
