**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** + This position is for a welder/fitter who is able to read blueprints and work with mild steel. + You will be working on large mining equipment, including Dump Bodies, Fuel Bodies, and Lube Trucks. + You need to be comfortable welding FCAW in all positions. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Work with mild steel and perform strong Flux Core welding in all positions. + Fabricate and weld components for large mining equipment such as Dump Bodies, Fuel Bodies, and Lube Trucks. + Perform MIG welding with precision. + Participate in simple wrenching valves, pipe, and hydraulic assemblies to print along with welding and fabricating. **Essential Skills** + Strong welding and fitting skills. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with welding FCAW in all positions. + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Strong Flux Core welding experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Entry-level candidates may be considered, as all candidates will undergo a welding test. + Experience with assembling valves, pipes, and hydraulic components is a plus. **Why Work Here?** In addition to excellent career growth opportunities, we offer a wide array of benefits including bonus potential, insurance (life, medical, dental, vision), paid holidays, paid vacation, and 401(k) with matching contributions. The environment is very clean, and we adhere to lean manufacturing principles. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, Idaho. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
