Job Description
We are seeking an experienced welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabricating a variety of materials and sizes. You will be responsible for reading blueprints and customer specifications to program, set up, and operate various fabrication equipment, with a primary focus on Amada Press Brakes.
ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate Amada Press Brakes.Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications.Fabricate and weld a variety of materials and sizes.Operate punch press, turret, and other fabrication equipment.Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in welding and fabrication.Proficiency in programming and operating Amada Press Brakes.Strong blueprint reading skills.Experience with MIG and TIG welding.Knowledge of sheet metal and CNC operations.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience operating punch press and turret equipment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will be working in a well-lit and comfortable facility, reporting directly to the production manager. The small team environment ensures a collaborative and supportive work experience.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
