**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced welder to join our team on the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding, the ability to read blueprints, and the skills to measure and clean parts. This work facility was also built in early 2022, so is still relatively new and offers climate-controlled facilities! **Responsibilities** + Perform production MIG welding, making parts such as augers for clients in agriculture. + Grind parts to clean up weld metal + Read and interpret blueprints + Use calipers and micrometers to measure + Clean and organize work station **Preferred Skills** + MIG welding experience (3+ years) + Ability to read blueprints + Understanding of weld symbols + Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers + Welding certificate from High School or Technical School **Additional Information** + 1st shift / 6am - 2:30pm / Monday - Friday + Weekly pay + full benefits (medical/dental/vision) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
