**Job Title: MIG Welder and Custom Truck Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder and Custom Truck Assembler to join our team. This role involves performing MIG and flux core welding on custom trucks, including dump trucks, booms, and utility/lift trucks. When not welding, you will assist with the assembly and building of these trucks. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints accurately. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG and flux core welding on custom trucks (dump trucks, booms, utility/lift trucks) + Assist with the assembly and building of trucks when not welding + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and welding + Use hand tools and power tools effectively + Maintain a clean and organized work environment + Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs **Essential Skills** + 3 years of experience in MIG welding + 3 years of experience in blueprint reading + Ability to lift 50 lbs **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with flux core welding + Technical school education in welding + Proficiency in mechanical assembly + Ability to read a tape measure accurately + Experience in fabrication and production **Why Work Here?** Join a team that offers a clean work environment with opportunities for overtime. All necessary tools are provided for production assemblers. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union Grove, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
