Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Fabricator to join our custom metal shop. The ideal candidate will work at their own welding station, where they will be provided with work orders and blueprints to complete orders. The primary focus will be on MIG Welding, with a strong understanding of fitting and assembly required to complete the tasks effectively.

ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG Welding tasks based on provided blueprints and work orders.Utilize fitting and assembly skills to complete welding projects.Ensure quality and precision in welding and fabrication processes.Read and interpret blueprints to execute welding tasks accurately.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience with MIG Welding and fabrication from blueprints.Proficiency in Flux Core and Hard Wire welding.Experience with blueprint reading and work orders.Ability to work independently at a welding station.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with stainless steel welding.Experience in custom metal fabrication.Attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment can be really dirty and is affected by weather conditions, being hot or cold depending on the season. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5am - 5pm, consisting of four 12-hour shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shepherdsville, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
