A little about the position: Job Summary Manages the workflow of steel welded parts within the welding cell while meeting production goals and objectives. WHAT YOU’LL DO: + Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production + Hold a Valid Welding Certification + joins parts being manufactured, builds structures and repairs damaged or worn parts + controls for quality before, during and after welding + Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks + Work with a team of dedicated associates manufacturing vinyl swimming pools, vinyl swimming pool liners, steel steps, panels and other related components WHAT YOU’LL NEED: · + Welding Certification/Experience + Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work on a team, work independently, and the ability to work with one’s hands + Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8 hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs. + Reliable transportation What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications) + Ability to read blueprints + Must be able to work overtime when necessary, including extended hours or weekends + Good interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal + Good understanding of safety, quality, productivity, inventory, employee relations + Regularly required to talk or hear, frequently required to stand; walk; bend; use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
