**Now Hiring - Welders** **Job Description** Are you a skilled welder looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth? Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in repairing and refinishing railroad equipment. You'll perform MIG welding on 3/8” structural welds using carbon steel material, both horizontally and vertically. Additionally, you'll utilize GMAW and Carbon Arc welding techniques, and engage in torch cutting, plasma cutting, and grinding. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform precise MIG welding on 3/8” structural welds using carbon steel material. + Execute horizontal and vertical welds with expertise. + Utilize advanced GMAW and Carbon Arc welding techniques. + Engage in torch cutting, plasma cutting, and grinding. + Read and interpret blueprints (training available). **Required Hard Skills:** + MIG welding - 3/8” structural welds + Dual shield/fluxcore welding + Carbon steel material welding + Horizontal and vertical up/down welds + GMAW welding + Carbon Arc welding + Torch cutting + Plasma cutting + Grinding **Preferred Soft Skills:** + Ability to read blueprints (willing to train) + Leadership/Managerial skills (a plus) **Work Environment:** + Welcoming weld shop environment + 1st shift **Pay and Benefits:** + Competitive pay range: $18.00 - $25.00/hr + Opportunities for career growth and development + Supportive team culture + Comprehensive training programs **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
