**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder to weld, repair, and assemble metal parts using various welding techniques. The ideal candidate will operate fabricating machines, verify workpiece specifications using measuring tools, read blueprints and schematic drawings, and set up and operate machine tools. Responsibilities also include assembling and installing equipment, aligning and fastening machine components, and operating engine lathe and other tools to meet specifications. **Responsibilities** + Weld, repair, and assemble metal parts using various welding techniques + Operate fabricating machines such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, and drill presses + Verify workpiece specifications using measuring tools + Read blueprints and schematic drawings + Set up and operate machine tools like drill presses, end mills, and edge planers + Assemble and install equipment using hand and power tools + Align and fasten machine components + Operate engine lathe and other tools to meet specifications + Cut, thread, bend, and connect metal and non-metal pipes and fittings + Secure pipes with brackets, clamps, and hangers **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of welding experience + Experience with TIG and MIG welding on both stainless steel and carbon steel + Blueprint reading + High school diploma or GED + Ability to pass a weld test **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Fabrication experience preferred + Experience with pulse welding + Fitting and production experience + Experience with plumbing and piping handy work **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k match, 80% paid health insurance, and full dental, medical, and vision coverage.
