**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled and motivated Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG welding, sheet metal welding, and blueprint reading. You will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and welding various components of large pressure vessels used in air drying/desiccant systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on sheet metal and other materials. + Read and interpret welding blueprints and schematics. + Assemble, fabricate, and weld pieces of large pressure vessels. + Work in a production welding/cell welding environment. + Utilize basic hand tools such as tape measures, wrenches, and drills. + Distinguish between material types including aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. + Follow written work instructions accurately. + Pass a basic welding test prior to being hired. **Essential Skills** + MIG welding experience. + Knowledge of sheet metal welding. + Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints. + Fabrication experience. + Basic knowledge of hand tools. + Ability to read from a schematic. + Ability to distinguish material types (aluminum, steel, stainless steel). + Computer skills, including MS Office. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ years of MIG & TIG welding experience (entry-level candidates considered). + High school diploma or GED. + Completion of general welding coursework. **Why Work Here?** Join a stable company with opportunities for growth and development.
