If you prefer a straightforward work environment where you can clock in, do your job, and clock out successfully, this is the perfect fit for you.** **Benefits:** + Monthly catered lunches + Merchandise giveaways + Free snacks and drinks + Fresh towels provided **Responsibilities:** + Use blueprints to perform Flux Core welding and fabrication for various product sections. **Pay:** + $22/hr + $3.00 raise upon transitioning to 3rd shift **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 6 months of professional MIG welding experience (excluding school) + Proficiency with grinders, sanders, and other fabrication tools + Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols + Experience with hand and power tools **Shift:** + **Training:** 6AM-6:30PM for the first 3-4 months + **Regular:** 6PM-6:30AM, Monday-Thursday + **Overtime:** As needed **Growth Opportunities:** Our company is rapidly expanding, with plans to add new buildings and over 1000 jobs.
