As a key player in our equipment group, you'll contribute to the design and creation of cutting-edge test equipment that drives the success of our company. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to collaborate with experienced fabricators and design engineers, allowing you to expand your skillset while building some of the most advanced equipment in the industry. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and fabricate innovative test equipment for a variety of applications. + Collaborate and train alongside other fabricators and design professionals. + Fabricate and assemble complex equipment based on technical drawings, including weldments, linear guides, bearings, motors, and gearboxes. **Required Skills & Experience:** + 3-5 years of experience in GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW welding techniques. + Proficiency in aluminum welding. + Strong ability to interpret and work from detailed drawings. + A commitment to quality craftsmanship and a focus on safety. + Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. **Preferred Additional Skills:** + Experience with MIG and TIG welding. + Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **Why You'll Love Working Here:** We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: + Health, dental, and life insurance + Paid vacation and holidays + 401(k) plan with company match and profit sharing + Tuition reimbursement **Work Environment:** Our state-of-the-art fabrication center in Akron, New York, is the hub for designing, building, and testing equipment that serves our global customer base.
