**Welder and Fabricator** **Paying 24 / HR - 32 / HR** **Location - Wilsonville, OR** **Responsibilities:** + Identify universal weld symbols and various materials. + Set up and operate welding equipment. + Layout, position, align, and fit components together. + Read and interpret work specifications, work orders, blueprints and schematics. + Visually inspect completed welds to assure adherence to specifications. + Perform air arc gouging when removing welds or preparing weld joints. + Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. + Accurately cut, clean, de-burr and prep parts for welding. + Rigging and Crane/Jib use. **Qualifications:** + Must be comfortable performing Spray Arc welding (They also use some metal-cored wire/flux core welding, but the majority of the welding will be spray arc. + Almost all welding will be done in a flat position; about 10% of the welding is done out of position). + Must be able to read blueprints and have a strong understanding of weld symbols. + Experience in an industrial fab shop working around large scale parts. **Employee Value Proposition:** + Profit Sharing (a 3x per year ‘bonus’ if the company is profitable that has ranged from 4%-14% over the years). + Holidays – New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. + Paid Time Off – Year 1 – 40 hours, Years 2 through 7 - 14 days, Year 7+ - 19 days. + Long Term Disability Insurance – Company paid 100%, pays up to 60% of your wages. + Life Insurance – Company paid – 1x annual salary. **Shift:** + Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:45pm Mon-Fri (If OT is worked, it is typically at the front end of the shift by starting earlier) **Actively hiring, to be considered apply to the posting!** **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
