Job Title: Welder and Fabricator
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled welder and fabricator to join our team due to the growing demand for our products. With three openings available, we need dedicated individuals who can help us meet our production goals. Our success is driven by unique quality control measures and the use of larger pieces of steel, which minimizes welding seams and increases efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, take pride in their work, and possess the ability to weld to code.

ResponsibilitiesWeld stainless and carbon steel to code.Perform fabrication tasks with precision and accuracy.Conduct tolerance checks and assemble components according to measurements.Demonstrate mechanical aptitude in various tasks.Pass a welding test to validate skills.Read and interpret blueprints for welding and fabrication projects.Maintain a high standard of quality in all work.Essential SkillsProficiency in welding, including MIG and TIG welding.Experience with stainless and carbon steel welding.Fabrication and metalworking skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Mechanical aptitude.Measurement experience for tolerance checks and assembly.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role operates in an open-air manufacturing environment. The night shift schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 6 PM to 6 AM, providing a consistent 12-hour shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHARLOTTE, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00
