Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Welder and Fabricator to join our small shop. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various welding techniques and possess strong fabrication abilities. You will be working with a range of materials, including stainless steel and sheet metal, to produce high-quality products.
ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials, including stainless steel and sheet metal.Utilize hand tools and robotic welding equipment to complete fabrication tasks.Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures and other tools.Ensure all welds and fabrications meet production standards and specifications.Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.Essential SkillsProficiency in MIG and TIG welding.Strong fabrication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with sheet metal and stainless steel.Knowledge of hand tools and robotic welding equipment.Ability to use a tape measure accurately.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00
