**Job Title: Welder and Fabricator** **Pay: $22 - $28 per hour (based on experience)** **Schedule: 2nd shift, 4 days 10 hours** **Job Description** Join our welding/fabrication shop as a second shift welder/fabricator, building flatbed trailers from blueprints. You'll primarily perform MIG welding, with some solid core welding, and occasionally TIG welding on aluminum. You'll work with high-strength steel and stainless steel, fabricating and welding raw materials, often in tight spaces. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG and solid core welding. + Fabricate and weld materials based on blueprints. + Conduct out-of-position welding in confined areas. + Use plasma cutters, laser cutters, material handlers, and cranes. + Demonstrate proficiency in vertical welding. + Interpret blueprints for fabrication projects. + Apply pre-heating procedures correctly. + Understand metallurgy principles. + Handle additional duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 3 years of MIG/flux core welding experience. + Fabrication experience. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and tape measures. + Strong mechanical aptitude. **Interested?
