**Job Description** We are looking for talented welders to work out of our facility in Orion, IL. Candidates that are 1) looking to work for a company that promotes a great culture, 2) are wanting to work on days and 3) would like a three-day weekend - Please apply! **Responsibilities** + MIG welding on augers for clients in the agricultural industry, such as Caterpillar, Deere, and Komatsu. + Completing work based off blueprints and using precision measuring tools such as micrometers & calipers to check for quality. + Grinding, buffing, and sanding parts as needed. + Maintaining a clean workstation. **Preferred Skills/Qualifications** + 3-5 years minimum of MIG welding experience, and preferably in a production-based environment. + Preferably have a welding certification from an accredited institution, but not required. + Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers. + Must be able to read blueprints and comprehend welding symbols. **Additional Information** + 1st shift / 5am - 3:30pm, Monday - Thursday, plus potential for overtime! + Weekly pay! + Full benefits offered (medical/dental/vision) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
