**Job Title: Welder and Fabricator** **Job Description** As a Welder and Fabricator, you will read and interpret blueprints and drawings, cut, shape, measure, and assemble metal components using various tools and equipment, and weld metal components using MIG, TIG, or other welding processes as needed. You will also inspect the quality of welds, adhere to all safety protocols, perform basic maintenance and upkeep of welding machinery, and operate overhead cranes and forklifts. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints and drawings. + Cut, shape, measure, and assemble metal components using tools such as saws, calipers, grinders, shears, and presses. + Weld metal components using MIG, TIG, or other welding processes as needed. + Inspect the quality of welds. + Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety guidelines. + Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of welding machinery. + Operate overhead cranes and forklifts. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of MIG and TIG welding on Carbon Steel. + Fabrication experience. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. + Experience with hand and power tools. + Experience with forklift and overhead crane operation. + Knowledge of carbon steel and stainless steel. + CWB Certifications (FCAW/MCAW). **Why Work Here?** You will receive 3 weeks of vacation upon starting, an annual performance bonus program, and 100% benefits for health.
