**Job Title: Welder and Fitter** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled welders with fitting experience to manufacture poles for street lighting and traffic control. This role requires a dedicated individual who is proficient in welding and fitting techniques. **Responsibilities** + Manufacture poles for street lighting and traffic control. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Perform welding tasks using metalcore and flux core techniques. + Ensure all welds meet quality standards by passing a weld test. + Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in metalcore welding. + Proficiency in flux core welding. + Experience in fitting and welding tasks. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must pass a weld test. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for overtime, allowing you to maximize your earnings. This role involves working with metal and requires adherence to safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
