**Job Title: Welder and Fitter** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced welders with fitting experience to manufacture poles for street lighting and traffic control. This role requires proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, as well as passing a weld test. **Responsibilities** + Manufacture poles for street lighting and traffic control + Read and interpret blueprints + Perform welding and fitting tasks + Ensure high-quality welds using metalcore and flux core techniques **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in metalcore and flux core welding + Experience in fitting + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Capability to pass a weld test **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in manufacturing poles or similar structures is a plus **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic work environment where safety is a priority. The work shift is Monday through Thursday from 5 am to 3:30 pm, with Friday being overtime. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
