**Job Title: Welder - Day**
**Job Description**
Candidates will be working from blueprints, performing fitting, and running .045 and 1/16 Flux Core wire. You will also be conducting a lot of 5/16 fillet welds. WABO certification is a plus, but not required. Welding experience is required!
**Responsibilities**
+ Work from blueprints to perform fitting tasks.
+ Run .045 and 1/16 Flux Core wire.
+ Conduct 5/16 fillet welds.
+ Perform structural steel welding.
+ Execute flux core welding.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with welding.
+ Ability to read and work from blueprints.
+ Proficiency in running .045 and 1/16 Flux Core wire.
+ Ability to perform structural steel welding.
+ Capability to execute flux core welding.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to obtain a 2G FCAW WABO and AWS certification.
+ WABO certification is a plus.
+ Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

**Work Environment**
Working in a large shop environment with all welding done indoors in open bays. Fabrication environment with shifts: Monday to Thursday (5am-3:30pm) and (3pm-1:30am) - 4x10s.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Airway Heights, Washington.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00
