**Job Title: Welder - Day** **Job Description** Candidates will be working from blueprints, performing fitting, and running .045 and 1/16 Flux Core wire. You will also be conducting a lot of 5/16 fillet welds. WABO certification is a plus, but not required. Welding experience is required! **Responsibilities** + Work from blueprints to perform fitting tasks. + Run .045 and 1/16 Flux Core wire. + Conduct 5/16 fillet welds. + Perform structural steel welding. + Execute flux core welding. **Essential Skills** + Experience with welding. + Ability to read and work from blueprints. + Proficiency in running .045 and 1/16 Flux Core wire. + Ability to perform structural steel welding. + Capability to execute flux core welding. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to obtain a 2G FCAW WABO and AWS certification. + WABO certification is a plus. + Must be able to lift 75 lbs. **Why Work Here?** Family-owned company where the owners are still involved in the day-to-day operations, making the company very agile and able to make changes quickly.
