**Job Title: Welder & Fabricator** **Job Description** The Journeyman Fabricator position requires a range of skills in metal fabrication, sheet metal, and the ability to tackle projects with minimal supervision. You must be an efficient welder with experience in mild steel, black iron, aluminum, and stainless steel, using both TIG & MIG welding techniques. The ideal candidate should have experience in pipefitting or small-scale detailed work, rather than just structural steel. As a journeyman fabricator, you will receive a weld packet, maintain blueprints, and be able to build off of this minimal amount of information. **Hard Skills** + TIG/MIG welding + Metal fabrication + Sheet metal work + Blueprint reading + Pipefitting **Soft Skills** + Ability to work with minimal supervision + Attention to detail + Problem-solving skills + Adaptability **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Spokane Valley, Washington. **Work Environment** Family-owned job shop; very fast-paced.
