**Welder & Fabricator** **Job Description** The candidate will be welding and fabricating custom signs for various industries. They will be responsible for fabricating and MIG welding, working off custom prints to fabricate and weld these signs. The role involves using shears, brake press, and other equipment to build the signs. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate and MIG weld custom signs for various industries. + Work off custom prints to fabricate and weld signs. + Use shears, brake press, and other equipment to build signs. **Essential Skills** + 4-5 years of welding experience, preferably MIG and aluminum. + Experience with blueprints. + Experience with hand tools and sanding. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in custom sign repair and building is a plus. **Work Environment** The position is for the 1st shift, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The candidate will work as a lead technician alongside other machinists and engineers.
