Job Description: This role involves high-quality welding and fabrication tasks, focusing on stainless steel and high alloy materials, in an exclusively indoor shop setting.

Pay: $18-25/hour

Work Hours:

First shift: Monday-Thursday, 5 AM – 2 PM; Friday, 5 AM – 11 AM. Alternative schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5 AM – 3:30 PM (4-10’s schedule).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct welding and fabrication tasks on stainless steel and high alloy pressure vessels in an industrial setting. Handle layout, assembly, and construction of various projects, including small vessels, piping, and large-scale heat exchangers. Utilize a range of welding processes, focusing on TIG, MIG, and Flux Core, with openness to other processes like Sub Arc, RMD, Short circuit, Spray, and Pulse spray. Demonstrate adaptability in learning and applying different welding techniques. Adhere to strict safety standards and protocols, particularly in confined spaces or at heights.

Requirements

Willingness to learn and apply other welding processes. Strong attention to detail. Team Player. Solid work ethic. Strong common sense.

Preference given to

Pressure Vessel experience Stainless and high alloy welding experience Proficiency in TIG, MIG and Flux Core welding, but not a requirement. We can teach! Ability to Interpret technical drawings and plans to accurately fabricate required components. Effective teamwork and independent work capabilities. Good problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Work Environment: The role is exclusively indoors in a shop setting. Candidates should be prepared for the physical demands of the job.
