**Job Title: Welder/Fabricator** **Job Description** Our client in Nampa is looking for a skilled welder/fabricator to join their team in the shop. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of demonstrated experience in sheet metal fabrication and a 3G Welding Certificate is preferred. **Responsibilities** + Perform sheet metal fabrication tasks according to blueprints and specifications. + Execute MIG welding with precision and accuracy. + Operate press brake machinery and perform flux core welding. + Grind and cut metal to required dimensions. + Ensure all welding and fabrication work meets quality standards. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication. + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to interpret and work from blueprints. + Experience with press brake operation and flux core welding. + 3G Welding Certificate preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in grinding and metal cutting. **Why Work Here?** Career Growth: We promote from within and post all open positions for current staff and potential employees.
