**Welders** **Pay** **- $25hr-$30hr** **Benefits** **- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k** **Hours** **- Monday - Friday, First Shift (OT as required)** **Location** **- East York, PA (shop), Field Work in Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, PA.** **Job Description** + Fabricating, laying out, assembling, and welding according to shop drawings and specifications. + **Miscellaneous metals** layout, fitting, and welding, with a specific emphasis on MIG and Stick welding. + Required to weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions and must have a thorough knowledge of the tools and equipment utilized, including ironworkers, saws, plasma tables, and hand tools. + Involve working at heights, on a scissor lift, and in tight spaces. **Essential Skills** + Experience with **TIG, MIG and Stick** welding on structural steel or miscellaneous metals + Experience in thin gauge metal fabrication and welding + Strong **blueprint skills** and welding with no supervision + Direct experience with miscellaneous metals is highly preferred **Additional Benefits** + **Weekly Paychecks (Every Wednesday)** + **Close relationships with the top companies in the area!** + **50% shop fabricating 50% in field welding.** **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
