Temp-to-Hire position$23.00 to $30.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)Welding: Perform various types of welding, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to join metal components accurately and securely.Fabrication: Fabricate metal components using cutting, bending, and shaping techniques to meet design specifications.Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure precise fabrication and welding.Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections and non-destructive tests to verify the quality and integrity of welded joints and fabricated components.Welder/Fabricator Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in welding and fabrication is preferred.Experience: Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator, with a minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.Welding Skills: Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques, with the ability to pass welding qualification tests.Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for long periods of time.
