**Structural Welding Company | East York, PA** **Job Description:** Our Client based out of East York, Pa is seeking Welder/Fabricators, Field Welders, and experienced Field Foreman to join their team within the next 2 weeks. The schedule is Monday -Friday | 6am -2pm + overtime. **See Current Openings:** + Fab-Shop Welder | 6 months of recent experience + Tech school Certs | $20-24/hr | Interview. + Field Welder | 2+ years of field experience + Fab shop experience | $24-30 | Interview + Weld Test. + Field Foreman | 5+ years of field experience + proven leadership/working foreman experience | $30-35/hr | Interview + Welding Test. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform welding tasks on structural steel. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Fabricate, assemble, and install structural steel. + Conduct inspections to ensure weld quality and meets compliance. + Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues as they arise. **Qualifications:** + 3G Welding Certification. + Passing a Stick weld test | 1" plate | 7018 wire | Double bevel with a backup plate. + Passing a Mig weld test | Set up a T-Joint - multi-bead stack weld, multiple pass. Downhill weld bead. + Reliable Transportation + Valid Drivers License. Additional Information: Our work environment is a smaller shop with a dozen or so employees. Its is a typical welding and fabrication shop that can be loud and dirty. We expect for our welders to supply their own welding gear. We encourage safety and ensure machines are in safe working condition along with keeping the supplies/materials stocked with everything you need to complete projects in a timely manner.
