**Job Title: Welder / Fabricator $20 - $25/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading job orders and BOMs, creating cut lists from blueprints, and preparing materials for assembly and welding. This role requires a strong understanding of layout, blueprint reading, and fabricating/fitting experience. **Responsibilities** + Review job orders and BOMs to gather necessary parts and materials. + Analyze drawings/blueprints to create cut lists for required parts. + Layout material holes to be punched/drilled and prepare parts for assembly. + Tack up weldments and assist with welding and shearing as needed. + Ensure accuracy and quality of fabrications. + Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Fabricating/Fitting Experience + Layout + Blueprint/BOM reading + Job Shop Experience + Experience with hard steel, aluminum, and stainless steel **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Press Brake/Shearing/Punch Press experience + Grind Wheel/Saw operation + Hand rail/round pipe fitting experience + Certifications or degrees in relevant fields are a plus **Why Work Here?** We offer a flexible and laid-back work environment where employees are encouraged to work autonomously. The building can get hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Safety gear including safety glasses, hard hats, and steel toe shoes are required. Employees can wear jeans and appropriate T-shirts.
