This role involves MIG welding, grinding, and finishing a variety of metals. If you have strong math skills, blueprint reading experience, and enjoy hands-on work, this opportunity is for you.  Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to fabricate metal structuresCut, punch, drill, and weld materials including steel, aluminum, and brassPerform MIG welding (16 gauge – ½” steel) and grinding to high finish standardsEnsure precision by measuring materials to 16ths of an inchHandle heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and meet company quality standards Qualifications and Requirements: Strong math skills, including converting fractions and decimalsAbility to read a tape measure and work from blueprintsMIG welding experience required; TIG welding a plusValid WI driver’s license required for insurance purposesReliable attendance is essential  Benefits and Perks: $22+/hr depending on experienceMedical, dental, and vision benefits availableCareer training and growth opportunitiesStability in a long-term role Your New Organization:A well-established metal fabrication company specializing in high-quality custom railings, stairs, and architectural metalwork.
