Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading job orders and BOMs, creating cut lists from blueprints, and preparing materials for assembly and welding. This role requires a strong understanding of layout, blueprint reading, and fabricating/fitting experience.

Work Environment
This position operates in a job shop manufacturing environment with about 15 employees on the first shift. The building can get hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Safety gear including safety glasses, hard hats, and steel toe shoes are required. Employees can wear jeans and appropriate T-shirts. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with some Saturdays required based on work orders.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
