**Working with a manufacturing and assembly company in the Daytona area that is seeking qualified MIG/Flux-core Welders for 2nd shift!!!** **Job Overview:** As a Welder/Fabricator, you will play a key role in performing high-quality MIG welding on structural steel components while ensuring strict adherence to safety and craftsmanship standards. You’ll also work from blueprints to assemble and fabricate components in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform MIG welding on structural steel, ensuring high-quality and precise welds + Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and shop drawings to meet project specifications + Handle and lift materials up to 45 pounds regularly + Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on the shop floor + Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to an efficient, team-driven environment **Qualifications:** + Proven experience with MIG welding, specifically on steel + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders + Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality work + Ability to work efficiently in a non-climate-controlled environment + Dependable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting **Schedule:** 2nd shift, Monday - Friday , 3:00PM - 11:30PM.
