**Job Title: MIG Welder/Fabricator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and MIG welding metal doors used for manholes, handholes, vaults, culverts, utility boxes, and storm water systems. This role requires a high level of precision and experience in welding and blueprint reading. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate and MIG weld metal doors for various applications including manholes, handholes, vaults, culverts, utility boxes, and storm water systems. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and welding. + Utilize hand tools and tape measures for fitting and assembly tasks. + Perform TIG welding on stainless steel as needed. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. **Essential Skills** + 2-3+ years of welding experience. + Competence in MIG welding. + Experience with blueprints and blueprint reading. + Ability to fabricate and fit using hand tools and tape measures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in TIG welding on stainless steel is a plus. + Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer stable work with opportunities for advancement and pay increases. It is industrial, hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but well-ventilated and fairly clean for a weld/assembly shop. The position is for the 1st shift, starting at 5am-1:30pm or 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday. The company is focused on changing the culture and improving work conditions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SPRING CITY, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
