**_Aerotek Hiring For A Fabricator Position in Post Falls , WA_** **Job Duties:** + Perform Flux Core Dual Shield welding on structural steel. + Execute a high volume of fillet welds daily to produce steel I-beams and columns. + Work from blueprints and handle materials as needed. + This is a shop/production welding job – no welding on job sites. **Requirements:** + Previous experience with Flux Core or Hardwire welding (3+ years), including on-the-job experience and training from a welding school/trade school. + Ability to read prints, fit, and fabricate. + FCAW WABO or AWS certification is preferred. **Details:** + Day shift with frequent opportunities for overtime. + **Pay starts at $25 - $30+/hr, depending on experience and results of a weld test.** + Room for growth in pay based on performance. + Benefits include medical insurance and 401k. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
