**Job Title: Welder Fitter** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Welder Fitter for our state-of-the-art facility in Canton, OH. The position offers competitive hourly rates and flexible shift options. You will be responsible for performing welding tasks using Mig techniques on structural steel, fitting and constructing parts and frames, and reading blueprints. This role requires a keen eye for detail and proficiency in using various hand and power tools. **Responsibilities** + Perform welding using Mig techniques on structural steel. + Fit and construct parts and frames. + Read and interpret blueprints and weld prints. + Utilize measurement tools, hand tools, and power tools. + Operate shop machines as needed. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience with Mig welding. + 2+ years of experience with fitting. + Proficiency in blueprint reading. + Strong knowledge of hand tools, measurement tools, and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Tig welding. + Experience with stainless steel or sheet metal welding. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment with excellent technology and processes. Our team in Canton consists of 135 employees, and we are looking to grow.
