**Job Title: Welder/Fitter** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced Welders/Fitters with a diverse set of welding skills including TIG, Flux Core, MIG, Stick, and more. The role involves welding and fitting pressure vessels of various shapes and sizes, alongside other welding tasks. We value flexibility and will accommodate the type of welding experience you bring to fit you into our shop. **Responsibilities** + Perform various types of welding including TIG, Flux Core, MIG, and Stick. + Weld and fit pressure vessels of all shapes and sizes. + Read and interpret blueprints to execute welding tasks accurately. + Ensure all welding work meets safety and quality standards. + Maintain and wear appropriate welding attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) including shield, gloves, and safety shoes. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in TIG, Flux Core, MIG, and Stick welding. + Experience with welding pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pipes, or cylindrical structures. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Fitting experience in a welding shop environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with custom, large-scale welding projects. + No specific certifications required. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that is experiencing rapid growth with business secured for the next 2-3 years.
