**Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled welders for three positions: Welder A, Welder B, and Welder - Finisher. Compensation ranges from $20-$28 per hour depending on the role and experience. Welders will need to read blueprints and perform MIG welding tasks effectively. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints to understand the welding requirements. + Perform MIG welding tasks using .035 and .045 wires. + Set up welding equipment and ensure proper maintenance. + Execute fitting and fixture welding tasks accurately. + Ensure high-quality finishes in welding projects. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with open table welding and fitting. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG fitting or open table welding. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in reading blueprints. **Work Environment** This manufacturing facility has 55-60 employees on the shop floor. Welders will have their own designated welding area and will work independently with minor supervision after training. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based near New Berlin, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
