You will read blueprints, use shop math for layout, and adjust machine settings as necessary, including tip and liner changes. Utilizing air tools, inspecting welds for defects, and maintaining welding equipment to ensure safe and effective operations. Responsibilities: Responsible for TIG, MIG and STICK welding of aluminum construction materialsRead blueprints and perform shop math to layout, fabricate and weld various parts and assembliesWeld all types of metals, set and maintain welding machine (tip, liner changes, etc.) and weld vertical, horizontal and overheadPerform all Mig and TIG welding procedures, including machine settings, bottles and necessary fittingsUse a grinder, sander, rivet guns, saws and other air tools.
