Job Description

Our company, located in the person, WI, is a manufacturer of stainless food processing equipment. This facility houses design, R&D, manufacturing, production, and maintenance departments. We are seeking skilled TIG/MIG welders to join our team. This role involves TIG welding on sheet metal and MIG welding on stainless and carbon steel, with a focus on fabrication and assembly duties.

Work Environment

Our shop is clean and houses roughly 100 people. The first shift runs from 6:30am to 3pm, with some employees working 5:30am to 3pm due to increased workload. There are also occasional mandatory weekend shifts. The second shift runs from 3pm to 1am, Monday through Thursday, with some optional overtime on Fridays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WHITEWATER, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00
