Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum according to blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Operate welding equipment such as MIG welders, grinders, and other tools in a safe and efficient manner. Inspect welded pieces for quality and ensure all welds meet specifications and standards. Maintain and clean welding equipment and the work area to ensure a safe and organized environment. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity and quality standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise during the production process.
